Countryplace Terraces is a community of 16 homes.

Dues are $113.62 (as of 7/1/24) monthly which covers, insurance, landscaping, and roofs.

HOA-responsible for parking spaces, landscaping/frontscapes, fences, roof gutter exterior surface.

This HOA does not offer irrigation shares to owners, all shares are used by CPT and CPE for common areas

OWNER- responsible plumbing and related systems, Electrical and related systems excluding appliances, fixtures, and lights serving only one unit, Heating, ventilating and cooling systems and components, Refuse Collection System, backyard fencing and landscaping, Windows, Balcony and Patio Doors, Screens (balcony or patio doors and windows.  Owners are responsible for swamp coolers and any damages resulting from faulty maintenance or units.

No special assessment.
