Notice is hereby given to all members that a meeting for the Special Assessment of Redwood One will be held on Friday October 2, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. via Zoom.

Dues are $70 monthly.

Owners are responsible for interior unit, unit doors and windows.
HOA is responsible for Common Areas:
decks, yard areas,
entrances, exits, vestibules, halls, porches, stairs and fire escapes not within any unit.
Transfer Fee $150.00/ No Status Fee
