Your HOA Manager does NOT set the dues you pay for your HOA. That is decided on by the Board of Directors and then voted on by all homeowners. We collect dues which are deposited into your HOA's bank account, not ours. This includes any late fees or interest on dues.

We do NOT profit from violation fees. These funds go directly to the HOA, not the Manager.

The Manager does NOT choose vendors for your HOA. We liaison with vendors on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Complaints must be received IN WRITING which will be forwarded to your HOA Board of Directors for further action.
